Pathways to Opportunities provides quality support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex and additional needs throughout the borough of Oldham.

We provide Care at Home, community, day service and respite support, working alongside individuals, their families and any involved professionals. We pride ourselves on our commitment to person-centred care, flexibility, high standards and bespoke packages of support. We have a well-trained and compassionate staff team, who deliver care in line with individuals’ care plans and risk assessments, ensuring they strive for the best possibly outcome for individuals at every given opportunity. We specialise in supporting individuals with complex needs, and are also able to offer support to individuals who require support to look after their children. We are a values-driven company and aim for everyone we support to live happy, healthy, inclusive and dignified lives.

We are currently recruiting support workers to join our ever-growing team, the role will entail many responsibilities which include but are not limited to personal care tasks, administration of medication, assisting with household tasks/shopping, working within our day service, and exploring a wide range of community based activities.

Our staff are fully trained, competent and extremely hard working. With a thorough care plan in place, our staff can provide exceptional support to individuals with needs such as learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities, challenging behaviours and chaotic lifestyles. We aim to promote independence & give you the best quality of life.


On the 8th March we were inspected by the Care Quality Commission and received an overall score of ‘Good’. This is very well deserved due to the tireless efforts of our team and all the hard work that has gone into making our service as good as it can possibly be.
