Candy Clark/Support Worker

I have worked for Pathways since 2019, prior to this I worked with individuals with complex health needs and studied at university. I am patient, caring and love learning new skills. In my spare time I like to go out with my partner and take my dog for walks

Carol Murfin/Support Worker

I have worked at Pathways since 2015. In this time have learnt so much about the service users who I support. I always go the extra mile to ensure all the people I go to visit have everything they need, and pride myself on my good communication skills.
I am down to earth, people say I am funny, and love to be around others. In my spare time I spend time with family and enjoy shopping.

I have worked at Pathways since 2014. In this time have really grown in confidence in my role. I am gentle, kind and hardworking. In my spare time I like to make my home look nice, spend time with my husband and children. I also really enjoy going out for meals.

I have worked at Pathways since 2014. I am smiley, bubbly and very patient with others. I have a pet pug who I love taking out for walks! My other spare time is spent with friends, my children and my Granddaughter.

I have worked at Pathways since 2015. I am really enjoying my role. I am low-key, patient and happy to face a challenge.
I am great with computers, and love to spend time with my young daughter, and I play pool on a local team.

I have worked at Pathways since 2016. I am currently studying Health and Social Care, Sociology and Drama. I am interested in working with people with Mental Health issues and Learning Disabilities. I am eager to learn and very hardworking. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my partner, friends, and going on holiday.

I have worked at Pathways since 2014. Prior to working in this role, I studied for a degree in Sociology. I am very hardworking, always strive to get the maximum potential from the people I support, and like to think I am fun to be around. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends, going to the gym, see my family and go to concerts and gigs.

Tracy Palmer/Day Service Arranger

I have worked at Pathways since 2015. I am outgoing, kind, caring and a real people person. I love to look after people and make sure everyone has a good meal in their bellies! In my spare time I love to be with my partner and family, see my grandchildren and have a laugh in the pub with friends.

I have worked for Pathways since 2019, prior to this I have volunteered my time to others and taken care of my grandchildren. I have a compassionate nature and love to meet new people and learn about their lives. In my spare time I like to go shopping, maintain my home and spend as much time as I can with my family and grandchildren.

I have worked at Pathways since June 2019, prior to this I have cared for my wife and worked in various industries. My main aim of this role is to make people happy, make a difference to their daily life and use my caring personality as much as I can. In my spare time I like to see my friends and relatives.

I have been working at Pathways since April 2019, and previously worked in the retail industry. I love being a Mum and Grandmother as I have a very caring nature. I am eager to learn as much as I can about adults with learning disabilities, and use my patience and empathy to benefit those who need my support.

I have worked at Pathways since 2016. Prior to this I have worked in various nursing homes and studied at University. I am a kind, caring individual with a lot of enthusiasm for my job. In my spare time, I love video games, spending time with my family and the great outdoors.

I have worked at Pathways since 2016 after taking time off work to be a stay-at-home Mum. I am hard working, kind, bubbly and love learning new things. In my spare time I like to do exercise, spending time with my little boy and my husband. I am currently on mat leave until 2019.

I have worked at Pathways since 2016. Prior to this I worked in the cleaning industry. I am incredibly bubbly, hard working, chatty and love having a good time! I enjoy cycling all over the place, seeing family and friends, and doing what I can to help others.

I have lots of experience working with adults with complex needs, and enjoy being challenged and using my skills to support people to the best of my ability. I am Canadian and have travelled and enjoyed many different areas and experiences. My family are very important to me.

I am friendly, chatty and love the idea of being able to really make a difference to people’s days.

I have worked at Pathways since 2017. Prior to working at Pathways, I was a homemaker for many years, worked in a hotel and with young people.
I am bubbly, chatty and very caring. I love to get to know people as much as possible and do everything I can to enable them to reach their full potential.
In my spare time, I love to be with my 4 children and do the occasional zumba class!

I have worked at Pathways since December 2018, previously I worked in a factory environment and really wanted a change. I have experience looking after those on the autistic spectrum and I am a real family-orientated person. I love working within the day service environment as I am a great organiser and have a lot of energy to bring. In my spare time I like to go on holiday, be with my children and go on long walks.

In my spare time I like to keep up with the football, spend time with my family and partner, and relax at home when I’m not working.

I have worked at Pathways since 2019, prior to this I worked for many years at a care agency providing support to people with additional needs. I also have experience caring for foster children. I am bright, caring, kind and like to be out and about in the community with people. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my daughter and family, going out for meals and for walks.
