Kathy Jones/Support Worker

I have worked for Pathways to Opportunities for over 4 years, and in this time have built great relationships with the service users I work with.
I am chatty, friendly and love to see people smile. In my spare time I like to spend time with my children, listen to Ska music at local pubs, and go for meals out.

Carol Murfin/Support Worker

I have worked for Pathways for 18 months, and in this time have learnt so much about the service users who I support. I always go the extra mile to ensure all the people I go to visit have everything they need, and pride myself on my good communication skills.
I am down to earth, people say I am funny, and love to be around others. In my spare time I spend time with family and enjoy shopping.

I have worked for Pathways to Opportunities for nearly 3 years, and in this time have really grown in confidence in my role. I am gentle, kind and hardworking. In my spare time I like to make my home look nice, spend time with my husband and children. I also really enjoy going out for meals.

I have worked for Pathways for over 3 years. I am smiley, bubbly and very patient with others. I have a pet pug who I love taking out for walks! My other spare time is spent with friends, my children and my Granddaughter.

I am great with computers, and love to spend time with my girlfriend and young daughter, and I play pool on a local team.

I have worked at Pathways to Opportunities for over a year, and am currently studying Health and Social Care, Sociology and Drama. I am interested in working with people with Mental Health issues and Learning Disabilities. I am eager to learn and very hardworking. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my partner, friends, and going on holiday.

I have worked at Pathways to Opportunities for 3 years. Prior to working in this role, I studied for a degree in Sociology. I am very hardworking, always strive to get the maximum potential from the people I support, and like to think I am fun to be around. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends, walking my dog and seeing my family.

I am extremely patient, kind and love exploring new opportunities with the people I support. In my spare time, I keep up to date with the football, practise my barbering skills and spend time with my little boy.

I have worked for Pathways for a year, prior to this I spent time travelling in Australia, Thailand and South America. I am very passionate, hard working and have a lot of fun ideas to bring to the team. In my spare time I love to dance, ride horses and go shopping.

I have worked at Pathways to Opportunities for 18 months, prior to this I worked in retail and in care. In my spare time I love to see to my horses and go riding, and spend time with friends and family. I have recently had a baby girl and I am currently on Maternity Leave until July 2018.

I have worked for Pathways for over a year, prior to this I have studied social work and nursing at university and worked with children. I am considerate, patient and love to spend quality time with the people I support. In my spare time, I love spending time with my baby girl, walking my dog and being with family and friends! I have recently returned from Maternity Leave and am looking forward to a new challenge.

I am friendly, chatty and love the idea of being able to really make a difference to people’s days.

Prior to working at Pathways, I was a homemaker for many years, worked in a hotel and with young people.
I am bubbly, chatty and very caring. I love to get to know people as much as possible and do everything I can to enable them to reach their full potential.
In my spare time, I love to be with my 4 children and do the occasional zumba class!

Prior to working at Pathways, I worked as a Dental Technician and have also had experience supporting vulnerable adults in the community. I am kind, hardworking and really eager to learn as much as I can. In my spare time I am an avid music fan, and am looking forward to planning my wedding with my fiance for next year.
