Pathways to Opportunities provides support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and chaotic lifestyles.
We provide a quality service for adults aged 18 + within the borough of Oldham.
Person centred planning and reviews are something that will be done on a regular basis to ensure we maximise the full potential of the people we support. Pathways support workers are trained to the highest standards and are dedicated to providing a safe and positive approach to Pathways.
Our aim is to support people to live a meaningful and fulfilling life by achieving all they can, accessing all services and resources available within the community.
We run a day centre service in Chadderton and also provide an Outreach program where our staff offer bespoke services to complex individuals who may require 1.1/2.1 support.
