We have recently incorporated an online rostering system, “CarePlanner”, whereby our support workers receive their rota via a secure App on their mobiles which gives them information regarding travel time, addresses, and notes from the management team relating to the service users they will be providing support to. It is completely secure and requires pin access, and can also be remotely deleted from our main system if staff members phones go missing or are stolen. It also has the added benefit of giving us the ability to email or print out rotas for our service users, with pictures of the support workers so that the people we support have a visual reminder of the time of their support, and who will be supporting them. CQC Inspection...GOOD!

On the 8th March we were inspected by the Care Quality Commission and received an overall score of ‘Good’. This is very well deserved due to the tireless efforts of our team and all the hard work that has gone into making our service as good as it can possibly be.
